This Return & Refund Policy is issued by Pet Platter Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Paw Platter.
1. Fresh Pet Food (Subscription Products)
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh pet meals, returns and refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered.
However, in case of:

Damaged packaging

Spoiled food

Incorrect item delivered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will review and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
2. Packed Pet Food & Accessories
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is unused and unopened

The packaging seal is intact (not torn or damaged)

Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
After inspection, we will provide:

Replacement, or
-
Refund (if applicable)
3. Non-Returnable Items

Fresh food products (except in quality issue cases mentioned above)

Opened or used items

Products with damaged or tampered packaging
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
