By creating an account or using the Paw Platter app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

3. Account registration

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and orders

• Fresh food subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; changes take effect from your next scheduled delivery.
• Accessory orders are one-time purchases, fulfilled by our supply partner.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, or via cash on delivery where available. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment method for the order total.

7. Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information, with a full refund where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the Paw Platter name, logo, and design — is the property of Paw Platter and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Paw Platter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
